kayak my way home
today had been a gr8 day! oFiveS18 had once again proved that we're formidable!! woohoo : D
kicked start the heats with the inter-c.g. dragonboat race.
"Paddles up!"
we came in second in race3 but whether we can make in for the final cut will have to depend how lousy or good the other teams were =p
this had to be the most "glorious" moment -- women's doubles
Xuefang, if you're reading this, we totally ROCK man! people went straight we went left. nevermind. we didnt have any idea how to change course and ended up to be the "first" to reach shore. wahaha. finally and fortunately, we got the hang of it and guessed what, we came in second last. BETTER THAN NOTHING =p
women's relay -- we, cindy miiko rebecca crystal xuefang and me, were AWESOME. get it, awesome!! wahaha. miiko and cindy had a great start and came in first for the first leg. And the rest was history. xuefang and i finally got the hang of it!!! we came in either first or second. FANTABULOUS. WONDROUS.
least we didnt capsize. otherwise we had to come back on shore, VIP-style. wahaha.
once a 0fiVeS18 always a 0fiVeS18
no doubt bout whether i'll come back for the finals, definitely i tell you. next year, erm, mark that down in my calendar too : )
the only setback of today's fun-filled activity -- painful "prickers" or whatever-you-called-them-that-gets-"stucked"-in-your-skin-and-they-just-cant-stop-pricking-you and rashes. totally hate them : x
